MU Plus - PK Reset
Reset your killer status back to neutral and have your PK fun all day, guilt-free!Conditions:
Must have 20 ePoints in account.Kailangan ninyo ng 20 ePoints sa inyong account.
Customer must NOT be logged in when reset is executed.Mag-log out muna kung magpapa-PK Reset. Hindi magtutuloy ang transaction kung kayo ay naka-log in.
MU Plus - Rebirth
Level down and start earning stat points again! Available only to Muren players.Conditions:
Customer must have existing characters in Muren and Ion server. Service is only available in Muren and Ion.Ang Rebirth ay pwede lamang sa mga Muren accounts.
Character must have 500 ePoints in account.Kailangan ninyo ng 500 ePoints sa inyong account.
Character to be rebirthed must be lvl 400.Kailangang level 400 ang inyong character na ipapa-Rebirth.
Customer must NOT be logged in when rebirth is executed.Mag-log out muna kung magpapa-rebirth. Hindi magtutuloy ang transaction kung kayo ay naka-log in.
Armor and items must be unequipped.Tanggalin ang lahat ng inyong mga suot na items.

MU Plus - Character Move
Move your character from one account to another within the same server!Conditions:
Character can only be moved within the same server.Kailangang ang account na paglilipatan ng inyong character ay nasa parehong server.
Character can only be transferred if the recipient account has a free slot.Kailangang meron libre na character slot ng account na paglilipatan.
Customer must have 350 ePoints.Siguraduhing may 350 ePoints sa inyong account.
All equipped items and inventory items will be moved.Malilipat lahat ng gamit na nasa character.
Customer must NOT be logged in when reset is executed.Mag-log out muna kung magpapa-Character Move. Hindi magtutuloy ang transaction kung kayo ay naka-log in.
Account must have clean slate. Client must have no BAN record in the last 3 months. Must also not be in Watch List.Ang inyong account ay kailangang malinis ang record sa Mobius. Kailangang hindi kayo na-Ban sa huling tatlong buwan ng inyong paglalaro o na-report ng ilang beses na nang-scam o nang-hack.
MU Plus - Character Rename
Misspelled your name as BaldeBoy instead of BladeBoy? Don't despair! Get a Character Rename and get that kickass name you've always wanted!Conditions:
Customer must have 350 ePoints.Siguraduhing may 350 ePoints sa inyong account.
Customer must NOT be logged in when rename is executed.Mag-log out muna kung magpapa-Character Rename. Hindi magtutuloy ang transaction kung kayo ay naka-log in.
Character to be renamed must not be a member of a guild and friends list should be clear.Siguraduhing hindi nakaguild ang character na irerename at deleted ang mga nasa friends list nito.

MU Plus - Character Delete
Do you need to get rid of a character gone wrong? Delete your buff BK to make way for a sexy Muse Elf? Now you can delete your character with just one click! Conditions:
Must have 100 epoints in account.Kailangan ninyo ng 100 epoints sa inyong account.
Confirm that all equipped items and inventory items will be deleted. Mag-log out muna kung magpapa-Inventory Wipe. Hindi magtutuloy ang transaction kung kayo ay naka-log in.
Customer must NOT be logged in when character delete is executed.
Disclaimer: We will not undo any deletion that is accidental on the part of the player.Paalala lamang po na lahat ng inyong items sa inventory o store ay mabubura. Hindi maaaring ibalik ang mga gamit o characters na aksidenteng pina-delete.
MU Plus - Amnesty Program
Pilot got you banned? Your beloved character imprisoned for life due to one moment of weakness? Here's you chance to make amends! Avail of the MU AMNESTY Program and be free to play your character once again!Conditions:
Customer must have correct ePoints in account. ePoint amount to be subtracted must be identified via amount of time the account was banned. (Refer to table below).
Customer must ePasa the ePoints required if and only if he/she has received an email from the GM recovery team clearing his account for bail
Customer must reply to the said email after paying for the service to confirm the transaction.
The mobiusgames GM/Recovery Team has the right to refuse the service depending on the gravity of the offense which the account was banned for.
Customer's account should be currently banned at the time he/she avails the service. Amnesty service requests of unbanned accounts will not be processed and the account will be banned for five (5) days for false reporting.
